About this event

Marcia Rosum and Maeve Waite from the UKRI team will take you through this two-hour interactive workshop, which will help you to understand more about stress, how to identify it within yourself and others, and why it’s important to manage it. There will be a mix of presentations, interactive games (with prizes!) and some group discussions to help everybody think about how they deal with stress in their own lives, and at work.

The session covers:

• Increasing our awareness of stress

• Recognising signs and symptoms of stress in ourselves and others

• Causes of stress

• Why stress is important at work

• Some helpful ways to manage stress

During the event, there will also be virtual networking opportunities to connect with your Nxt Gen colleagues through the chat features.

Delegate spaces are limited to 12 per session so we are offering two opportunities to join. Places will be given on a first come first serve basis so register now to secure your spot! We do hope you are able to join us for this event. Please feel free to share these opportunities with anyone based on campus you feel would benefit from the sessions. Meeting log in details will be shared closer to the event.

Log in details will be shared closer to the event. The session may be recorded and shared on the Harwell Hub after the event.
